Planning Applications in Lyonshall Parish

Herefordshire Council is the local planning authority who make the final decision on all planning applications. The Parish Council review applications and comment on local knowledge and public interest.

Herefordshire Council display yellow notices at the address where the application is requested at the start of the three week consultation period. All planning applications are discussed at Parish Council meetings and they will be published on the agenda and decision recorded in the minutes.

Members of the public are welcome to attend all Parish Council meetings to discuss planning applications.
